My name is Ona. I struggled with anxiety most of my life, but after my daughter was born, it intensified. When she turned two and I stopped breastfeeding, the oxytocin boost faded, and my anxiety deepened into depression. I also discovered I had hypersensitivity, every cry or tantrum felt like an explosion in my brain. Life became overwhelming, and I found myself in a downward spiral.

In my search for healing, I began to explore new ways of understanding myself. I uncovered deep-rooted patterns of generational anxiety, reconnected with my inner child, and realized how many of my needs had been neglected.

Movement, creativity, and pleasure became essential parts of my healing journey. During this transformation, I learned that mother flamingos lose their pink because they give their nutrients to their babies, leaving them depleted and unable to join their flock’s yearly dance. Over time, they regain their color and return to dance with their community. This resonated deeply with me, I had lost my “pink,” my sense of identity. But I came to the realization that motherhood is just one part of who I am, and by loving myself again, I was teaching my daughter to do the same.

This shift in awareness inspired me to study Gestalt therapy and other healing modalities, eventually working with organizations focused on wellness and personal growth. Now, through my own practice, I hold space for those struggling with anxiety or unwanted negative patterns, helping them reconnect with what truly matters: self-love and inner power.

Mothers are strong, yet we carry so much that we often forget ourselves. I once denied myself the care I needed. But through years of healing and growth, I developed a method to help moms feel seen, rediscover their spark and reclaim their power.
